The terms that govern bookings made through seatourspalawan.com.
Last updated: January 2026. By booking a tour with Seatours Palawan, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Seatours Palawan is the trade name of a tourism business owned by Jovet Rosento, registered with the Philippine Department of Tourism (DOT), Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA), and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Office: Brgy. Corong-Corong, El Nido, Palawan.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once you have paid the 50% deposit via PayPal and received an email confirmation with a booking number.
The remaining 50% is paid in cash on day one of the tour. Philippine pesos, US dollars, and euros all accepted.
Prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱). Currency conversions shown elsewhere are estimates only.
Government environmental and lagoon entrance fees are paid separately on the boat unless explicitly listed as included.
3. Cancellation and refunds
See our refund policy for tour-specific rules. Weather and Coast Guard cancellations are always 100% refundable or rebookable.
4. Your responsibilities
Arrive at the pickup point at the stated time. Latecomers may forfeit the booking.
Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or non-swimmer status before departure.
Wear the life vest provided whenever the captain asks.
Respect the marine environment — no touching coral, no feeding fish, reef-safe sunscreen only.
Carry valid government-issued ID; foreign guests must carry passport.
5. Our responsibilities
Operate boats in accordance with MARINA and Coast Guard safety regulations.
Provide all advertised inclusions in good faith.
Cancel or reschedule if weather or Coast Guard advisory makes the tour unsafe.
Keep your data private as set out in our privacy policy.
6. Limitation of liability
Tours operate in a marine environment where some risks (weather, sea conditions, wildlife) cannot be fully eliminated. By booking, you acknowledge those risks. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We strongly recommend personal travel insurance covering medical evacuation and trip disruption.
7. Photos and media
From time to time we may take photos or videos on tour for marketing. If you prefer not to be featured, tell the guide at the start of the tour and we will exclude you.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Palawan.
