What we collect
Booking data: name, email, phone, country, dietary requirements, tour date and direction.
Payment metadata: we never see or store your card details. PayPal processes all payments and shares only a transaction reference back to us.
Site analytics (with consent): anonymized page views and click events via Google Analytics.
Server logs: IP address, user agent, page requested — kept 30 days for security.

Data retention
Booking data is kept for 5 years as required by Philippine accounting law, then deleted. Analytics data is anonymized after 14 months. Server logs are kept 30 days.
