Third-party booking platforms may list the expedition, but booking direct gives you the best rate and direct access to the crew.
Choose your departure date and direction
The booking calendar shows available dates for both the El Nido → Coron and Coron → El Nido direction. Available dates show open spots; sold-out dates are grayed out. The expedition runs daily in both directions, so if your first preference is sold out, the next day is typically available. Select the departure date and direction that suits your itinerary.
Select number of guests
Enter the number of people in your group. Solo travellers book a single spot at the per-person rate — there is no solo supplement. The per-person price is ₱18,900 (₱22,000 during peak season, typically December–February). The booking system will calculate the deposit amount based on your group size.
Pay the 50% deposit by bank transfer
The deposit is 50% of the total expedition cost. Transfer to our BPI account (PHP); discount is shown at checkout. Your seats are held for 24 hours while we verify payment. Transfer instructions arrive immediately by email.
Receive your confirmation email
Your confirmation email arrives immediately after successful payment. It contains your booking reference, departure date and direction, guest names, and pre-arrival instructions. Save this email — you will need the booking reference when you check in at the office on departure morning.

In the days before your departure, the Seatours team will send a WhatsApp message with final pre-arrival details: exact meetup point, departure time, what to bring, and any weather or operational updates. Arrival Day: What to Do and Bring
On the morning of your departure, be at the assigned meetup point by 08:00 AM (exact location sent after booking — typically El Nido or Coron depending on direction). Sail time is typically around 10:00 AM from San Fernando Port or Coron Port.
What you pay on arrival
- ₱800/person in cash — mandatory government and environmental fee. This is a non-negotiable requirement for all guests. Bring exact or approximate cash; change is available at the office.
- Remaining 50% balance of the expedition price (i.e. ₱9,450/person at standard rate, or ₱11,000/person at peak rate). Card payment is accepted at the office for this balance. The ₱800 environmental fee must be cash regardless.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Guest-initiated cancellations receive a 24-month travel credit for 100% of what you paid — transferable once, no cash refund unless you add Trip Protection at booking. Date changes are free 30+ days before departure; inside 30 days it is PHP 1,000 per guest per change. Contact us via WhatsApp or email (info@seatourspalawan.com) as early as possible.
Inside 30 days, date changes cost PHP 1,000 per guest (waived with Trip Protection). Inside 48 hours we treat it as a cancellation.
If Seatours cancels because the Coast Guard suspends sailings or conditions are unsafe, you choose: full cash refund, free reschedule, or travel credit — never voucher-only. Cash refunds within 14 days.
Tips for Getting the Date You Want
- Peak season (December–February): Book 6–8 weeks in advance. These months fill consistently and last-minute spots are rare.
- Shoulder season (March–May, November): 3–4 weeks advance booking is usually sufficient, though earlier is always safer.
- Off-season (June–October): Spots are typically available 1–2 weeks ahead, sometimes shorter notice. However, weather during typhoon season means flexibility is valuable — don't book a tight connection out of Coron on Day 3.
- Flexible on direction? If your primary dates are sold out in one direction, check the reverse — Coron → El Nido for the same days may have availability.
